Tenant Find Service

£199 - For Managed Landlords
£399 - For Tenant Find Only

  • Meeting at your property to discuss your requirements and answer your questions about the letting process

  • Taking good quality photographs of the property and advertising on local & national property websites

  • Arranging and attending all viewings and liaising with current tenants if required

  • Conducting Credit and right to rent checks and taking up references on Applicants and Guarantors if necessary

  • Originating all required documentation, including Tenancy Agreements and Guarantor Agreements, and sending them to the Tenant

  • Securing the deposit in the DPS and sending the Certificate to the relevant parties

  • Detailed Inventories are also available if required

Business Meeting

Letting & Rent Collection

5% of the monthly rent

  • Receiving monthly rental payments and forwarding them to the Landlord's bank account within 1 business day

  • ​Sending out itemised monthly statements 

  • Advice and assistance with issues such as Gas Safety Regulations and similar legal responsibilities as and when required​

  • Chasing rent arrears and taking any required action to ensure rent payments are made on time, in full, each month​

Home Owners

Fully Managed Service

8% of the monthly rent

Everything included above plus:

  • The complete day-to-day management of the property, including liaising with tenants about any issues arising

  • Arranging repairs and maintenance work as and when required

  • Regular visits to the property, to review its condition and liaise with tenants and neighbours.

£149 set up cost - no hidden extras

Promote your property on the major property portals. Getting it seen by millions of house hunters.
We will take the phone calls and qualify the applicants to make sure they’re the right sort of tenant for you. We can also arrange the viewings for you if you wish.... but you do the rest.


You would meet the viewers yourself and decided whether you would like them to be your tenant. If you change your mind and decide you would like us to help with referencing after all then we am happy to help of course, but we understand that this isn't for everyone.
